Terms of Service
Last updated: May 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and RippleIT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("InWizard", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the InWizard desktop application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
InWizard is a desktop application that automates engagement, lead discovery, and outreach activities on LinkedIn using a LinkedIn account that you provide and control. The Service runs on your own device and acts on your behalf using credentials you supply.
2. LinkedIn automation — important risk disclosure
Automating activity on LinkedIn is contrary to LinkedIn's User Agreement. Using the Service may result in your LinkedIn account being warned, rate-limited, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned, and may result in loss of connections, messages, or other account data. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
We strongly recommend that you use a dedicated LinkedIn account rather than your primary account, keep automation volumes modest, and follow the in-app pacing guidance. InWizard is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft Corporation.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and LinkedIn credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
The Service is offered on a free trial and on paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from the in-app billing settings or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam, harass, deceive, defame, or infringe the rights of any person;
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law;
- attempt to circumvent plan limits, quotas, or security controls.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by InWizard and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing. Content you create or collect through the Service (such as your campaigns and leads) remains yours.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI reply generation), Resend (email), and Fly.io (hosting), and interacts with LinkedIn. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of any third party.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular outcome, nor that its use will not result in restriction or loss of your LinkedIn account.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INWIZARD AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY RESTRICTION, SUSPENSION, OR LOSS OF ANY LINKEDIN OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InWizard from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including LinkedIn's User Agreement.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 — will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
