Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted secure hash — never in plain text.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, billing dates, and usage counters. We never receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly.

Campaign and product data. The agents, campaigns, scraped leads, message templates, and outreach records you create through the Service. Scraped lead data consists of information that is publicly visible on LinkedIn profiles.

LinkedIn session cookies. The Service requires LinkedIn session cookies to act on your behalf. These are stored only on your own device, encrypted using your operating system's secure storage. They are never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers.

Diagnostic data. Basic technical logs (such as errors and request metadata) needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Service (legal basis: performance of our contract with you);
• process payments and enforce plan limits (performance of contract);
• send transactional email such as password resets, billing notices, and subscription updates (performance of contract);
• secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law (legitimate interests and legal obligation);
• provide customer support (legitimate interests).

We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.

We share personal information only with the service providers ("processors") required to operate InWizard:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing;
• Resend — transactional email delivery;
• Fly.io — application hosting and database;
• OpenAI — generating AI reply text from post content you choose to engage with.

Each processor handles data only as needed to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We and our processors are based in, or process data in, the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, our processors rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings; deletion immediately removes your account and the associated agents, leads, templates, and outreach records from our live systems, and cancels any active subscription. Residual copies are purged from encrypted backups within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, tax and accounting records).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export (data portability), restrict, object to, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent.

EU/UK (GDPR): you have the rights above and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any right, email support@inwizard.info from your account email address. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Our website uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: passwords are hashed, card data is delegated entirely to Stripe, transport is encrypted in transit, and LinkedIn cookies never leave your device. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a material breach as required by law.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
