Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid InWizard subscriptions operated by RippleIT LLC. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for that plan. Email support@inwizard.info from your account email address and we will refund that charge in full. The guarantee applies to your first paid subscription only.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. To avoid being billed for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — you can do this any time from the in-app billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. You keep full access until the end of any period you have already paid for.
3. Free trial
The free trial requires no payment and no credit card. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan, you are never charged and no refund is necessary.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@inwizard.info from the email address on your account, and tell us which charge you would like refunded. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse of this policy — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, or use of the Service in violation of our Terms. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory refund rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
